Statement from head coach Jerritt Elliott

We all feel for Bailey. Everyone in our program understands how much time and hard work she has put in, as she has made great improvements since the end of last season. She means a lot to this program and we know she will continue to be an important part when she returns. We are going to give her all of the support she needs during this difficult time. The team, program and athletics department will be there for her through each step of the recovery process.

Webster was a Big 12 All-Freshman Team honoree in 2009 after appearing in 28 matches and 67 sets for the Horns. The Baltimore, Md., native came to Texas as the nation's top-ranked recruit from the 2009 class.
