NCCAA DII All-Americans Announced

LEXINGTON, Ky. (November 14, 2011) - In cooperation with its relationship with the NCCAA, the AVCA will award an All-America Team for both NCCAA Divisions I and II, as well as a National Coach of the Year, National Assistant Coach of the Year and National Player of the Year. NCCAA coaches are also eligible to receive the AVCA Team Academic Award and AVCA Victory Club awards.
This year's team honors 14 student-athletes: nine seniors, three juniors, one sophomore and one freshman. In addition, eight members of the team are making their second-consecutive appearance as an AVCA NCCAA Division II All-America selection.
The AVCA NCCAA Division I All-America Team will be announced on December 5, while the National Assistant Coach of the Year and National Coach of the Year, will be announced on December 6.
