- October 1 - Division IIII Awards Packet sent to member head coaches
- October 12 - Head Coach Membership Deadline
** Head coaches must have an active AVCA membership by this date in order to be eligible for post-season awards. - Wednesday, October 24- Regional Coach of the Year and National Assistant Coach of the Year Nominations Due to AVCA Office
- Friday, October 26 - Tuesday, October 30 - Online nomination period for Division III Postseason Awards
- Thursday, November 8 - AVCA All-Region Teams, Region Freshmen of the Year and AVCA Region Coaches of the Year announced via AVCA press release.
- Friday, November 9 - Victory Club Form Deadline
- Tuesday, November 13 - All-America Teams Announced
- Thursday, November 15 - All-America Teams Presentation at NCAA Division III Championship Banquet at Hope College.
- Thursday, December 13 - jostens Coaches Honors Luncheon in Louisvile, Ky.
- Friday, December 14 - AVCA All-America/Players of the Year Banquet in Louisville, Ky.
