Watch, listen to and engage with the Women's and Men's National Team Coaches as they take their team though a facilitated practice.  Hugh McCutcheon (Women's NTC) and Alan Knipe (Men's NTC) and their assistants have agreed to give us an insider's look at the drills, training methods, and feedback they are using to prepare for this critical qualification summer.  The 2012 London Olympics are only a season away.  Players are competing for roster positions and court time in key qualification events. See the ‘what' and hear the ‘why' on the training methods of the world's best teams.

On the women's side, see 2010 Grand Prix MVP Foluke Akinradewo, Best Setter Alisha Glass, rising international phenom Destinee Hooker, and veterans Logan Tom, Stacy Sykora and Heather Bown, all training in the same gym.

On the men's side, see 2008 Olympic MVP Clay Stanley, four-time Olympic setter Lloy Ball, and 2008 Olympic star Reid Priddy.
