Sarah Black is the Content Creation and Awards Specialist. She is responsible for assisting in the creation and distribution of educational content for volleyball coaches from all levels of play and aiding in the collection of information and data for several different player, team, and coach awards.

Before joining the AVCA team, Sarah attended Morehead State University where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in the spring of 2022 and a Master’s degree in the spring of 2024. As an undergraduate at Morehead State, Sarah was also a scholarship athlete on the women’s golf team, and as a graduate student, she worked as a graduate assistant in the Morehead State athletic department. Sarah now lives in Nicholasville, Kentucky and enjoys reading, working out, and going to new coffee shops.
